I enjoyed being a liaison because I got to work with the people who help run the show and the teams coming to compete. It was a great experience allowing me to see how the top teams operate, and gave me insight and appreciation for what goes behind the scenes to run a competition and produce the best show possible.
Being a liaison for Legends allowed me to meet people from all over the country and I had the added benefit of Legends being in my city that year. I throughly enjoyed all aspects of the experience and met some really cool people which lead me to want to be on board this year. I wanted to be part of putting on a great show and having fun in the process.
As an alumni of the circuit, being a Legends liaison for the past two years has been a great way to continue my involvement in the circuit. Through my experience, I’ve been given opportunities to travel, further develop both technical and soft skills, and meet so many amazing people. Overall, it has been such a rewarding experience!
